The name of the company to be registered cannot be the same or too similar to the name of the company that has already been registered. There are no special requirements other than this.Indicates the name of the limited liability company, the company must use Limited、Corporation、Incorporated、Societe Anonyme Or abbreviation as a closing phrase for a limited liability company.
Cayman company name restrictions:
